Please see below the catering schedule for the Hornet / Kestrel Championships
Friday 10th August
Club night with regular menu for anyone arriving on Friday..
Breakfast 8-9am buffet of bacon, sausage egg served with baps or bread
Pre selected sandwich selection of cheese, ham, chicken on white or brown bread… packet of crisps and bottle of Water.. £3.00
Dinner from 7pm
BBQ of jumbo hot dog, homemade beef burger, chicken drumsticks, salad and chips.
Breakfast and lunch as previous day.. lunch to be pre-ordered..
Monday 13th August
Breakfast and Lunch as before.
Homemade Chicken liver pate or Prawn Cocktail
Roasted Chicken breast wrapped in pancetta served with a creamy tarragon sauce with season vegetables and new potatoes
Followed by Fresh Strawberries and cream or ice cream or a
Selection of local cheeses served with fruit and biscuits.
Breakfast as before.
Lunch will be available prior to prize giving at 3.30pm consisting of Chicken Goujons or Scampi both with salad and chips- (£8.80)
Vegetarian options available upon request, all dietary requirements will be accommodated when notified prior to registration.
TBYC Kitchen are offering a meal deal of 4 breakfasts and 3 lunches for £26.00 - this can be booked at registration and paid for over the bar - Cash or Card.
For adult family members/friends/non registered competitors;

Monday Gala Dinner £19,
Tuesday (food after sailing) £8.80
Cadet u 14’s,
bbq / lasagne £4.40,
Monday gala dinner £10,
Tuesday post racing before prize giving £.4.40
TBYC are also happy to do a one off cost of 4 breakfasts and all dinners for £61.80.
For cadets / under 14’s it will be £30.00
