Im thinking of coing down the the champs this year, but i dont have a measurement certificate.
Is it absolutely necesary? I am assuming that we will be well down the fleet and not very competative.

If it is necesary is there going to be someone there (or on the way from scotland) who can measure her for us. The link from the homepage doesnt work.
Also how much should it cost? Im on a tight budget this year.

Chris, I'm fairly sure that the boat will have had a measurement certificate at some time in its past, so it's worth contacting the technical department at RYA. They will be able to issue a replacement certificate in your name for a not unreasonable fee (somewhere around 20 I think)
