if there is anyone available to help on the Hornet stand at Alexandra Palace I would be grateful if they could contact me. This year we are having to inform the organisers the names of those helping, a week before the event.

I have divided the slots in to 2-hour periods, but I'm willing to negotiate for shorter ones! Volunteers needed for Saturday and Sunday 10am - 6pm

There are always a number of free passes for those helping, free drinks Saturday at the exhibitors party...............

As per last year, we are sharing with the other Fastsail classes so at the very least you won't get lonely.

Im going up on the saturday and will be able to help out for a two hour session-ideally between 10+12.  I've been crewing in a Hornet for just over a year now and went to Teignmouth last summer, I've been on the stands in the mirror class before so know how to work the crowds!

I'll speak to Tim Coombes and try to rope him in aswell!

Whoops - I pressed post rather than preview! I'll continue:

As we are part of the Fastsail stand, we agreed that everyone should be wearing the Fastsail polo shirts (the blue ones from the first Symmetric GP). Can everyone let me know if they have one. If you don't, please let me know your size. Not sure how we are going to finace these yet but we will work this out.

We have been allocated some free passes. Some of these are going to people who are attending both days (some perk!!). Other wise this will be first come, first served.

Don't forget there is an exhibitors party for those around on saturday night - free drinks plus music, etc.

As per Tom's earlier note, we have ten passes available for those members who have volunteered to help man the stand this weekend.

Could all volunteers please bring along a passport-sized photo of themselves as this needs to be attached to the pass.
