Hello fellow Competitor,
Gavin Poulloin here, Weymouth Sailing Club event organiser, and Terry Curtis crew for the event. Not sure which task is the hardest!
First up, on behalf of the Weymouth Sailing Club and the Hornet Class Association, may I welcome you to the event, and wish you good luck over the four days.
Attached is the Hornet Nationals competitors guide. Please download this and keep it handy, especially if this is your first time at Weymouth Sailing Club. A link has also been added to the event website: https://wsc.org.uk/hornets
As part of your entry fee, there will be the class meal at the club on the Friday night of the event. To assist our caterers could I please ask you to open the link at the bottom of the mail, add your name and mark and x in your preferred choice of food for the evening. This needs to be submitted to our caterers no later than Sunday 17th July. The menu has changed slightly from the original publication. So those of you who thought you had completed the from, may I ask you to do this again please.
A limited number of extra tickets are available at a cost of £25 per person. Please email me if you would like one, and I can add their name to the guest list for the evening. Payment can be made on the evening.
If any of you have a problem with competing the sheet, then you can also just mail me your meal choices, and I will populate the list accordingly.
