RYA NATIONAL HORNET ASSOCIATION – NOTICE OF AGM
THE DATE OF THE AGM HAS BEEN SET FOR THURSDAY 3RD DEC AT 8PM.
NOTES
- Due to event cancellation and the inability to meet in person, this meeting will be conducted via Zoom
- Please ensure you have internet access
- The format of the meeting will give opportunity to vote and to voice comments/ opinions
- Submission of Items for inclusion in the agenda are invited at this time. Please send your requests to David Edge care of edgedb@aol.com
- A separate reminder email will also be sent out to members on this topic
- The accounts will be sent out 4 weeks prior to the meeting
- A copy of proposed updates to the Constitution will also be sent out 4 weeks prior to the meeting.
- This will include a voting form with Agree/ Disagree/ Further Discussion Required options
- It is hoped that we can keep the majority of constitutional updates away from the AGM as we will have limited time. If there are any contentious issues then these will be added to the AGM agenda
